Turpin Hills
Turpin Hills, Ohio, located in Anderson Township, began developing in the early 20th century as Cincinnati expanded eastward. The area was originally farmland owned by early settlers, including the Turpin family, one of the region’s founding families dating back to the late 1700s. As suburban growth increased after World War II, Turpin Hills became a desirable residential neighborhood known for its rolling hills, wooded lots, and proximity to the Little Miami River. Today, it remains one of Anderson Township’s most attractive communities, valued for its scenic beauty, excellent schools, and peaceful suburban character within the Greater Cincinnati area.
