Comments: Shelden was courteous, thorough and punctual. He checked everything from the basement to the roof and all around the outside of the house. He checked appliances, windows, flooring, carpet, bathrooms and laundry room. He inspected and determined the age of all the mechanicals except the sump pump which he could not access. I requested quotes from four different home inspectors including one from my realtor. Wolf Home Inspectors was the most reasonable and very well recommended and an excellent value for my money. His home inspection report was in my email within a couple of hours and he even spoke to my realtor to explain issues he found.
