1) Agreement to these Terms:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolf Inspectors website and any scheduling requests or communications you make through it.
If you book an inspection, you may also be required to accept and sign a separate Inspection Agreement (often presented during scheduling). If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed Inspection Agreement, the Inspection Agreement controls for the inspection service.

• We state on our site that inspections are performed according to InterNACHI® Home Inspection Standards of Practice.
• Report timing depends on the job and conditions. Our site describes reports being delivered within 24 hours and often the same day/within hours.

7) Client responsibilities (for booked inspections) You agree to:

• Provide accurate property and contact information;
• Ensure access to the property (including utilities on where reasonably necessary, safe access to areas, and permission to enter);
• Disclose known hazards (e.g., pets, mold remediation in progress, unsafe areas) as applicable;
• Ensure any third-party authorizations you request (e.g., sending reports to an agent) are permitted.

8) Fees, cancellations, and refunds

• Fees for common services are displayed on the site and/or quoted at booking.
• Cancellation/reschedule policies may be presented during scheduling and may vary by service type and notice period.

Satisfaction Guarantee (website statement): The site describes a satisfaction guarantee where, if you are not satisfied at the time of the inspection, Wolf Inspectors may refund the inspection fee and pay for another licensed inspector up to the original fee. Any such guarantee is subject to the conditions stated at the time of booking and applicable law.
9) Important limitations and disclaimers:
Home inspections are limited, visual, non-invasive evaluations of accessible areas on the day of the inspection. Conditions can change, and some defects may not be detectable.
To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee future performance of systems or that all defects will be found.
• We do not provide engineering, architectural, or legal advice through the website.

10) Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, Wolf Inspectors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where an Inspection Agreement applies, liability limits and remedies may be defined in that agreement. If no separate agreement applies, and to the extent permitted by law, Wolf Inspectors’ total liability arising out of an inspection service is limited to the amount you paid for the inspection service at issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11) Intellectual property:
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, photos, and layout) is owned by Wolf Inspectors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

13) Disputes; governing law; venue:
