Forestville, Ohio
Forestville, Ohio, located in Clermont County, began as a small rural settlement in the early 19th century. The area developed slowly as farmland and woodland communities supported by nearby trade routes connecting to Cincinnati. Its name reflects the region’s heavily forested landscape. As suburban expansion reached eastern Hamilton and Clermont Counties in the mid-20th century, Forestville evolved into a primarily residential community. Growth accelerated with the construction of Beechmont Avenue and I-275, improving access to the city. Today, Forestville is a peaceful suburban neighborhood within Anderson Township, known for its strong schools, green spaces, and family-oriented atmosphere.
